You've got nothing to lose and everything to gain by contesting a parking ticket. First of all when you fight a ticket the municipality freezes the fine at the original amount. Secondly, we guarantee you the ticket will be dismissed. If it is dismissed, you pay us only 50 cents on the dollar and pay nothing to the municipality. If it's not dismissed we refund your fee. There is nothing to lose.

The other point is this: if you just pay your parking ticket without contesting it you would be giving the City a pat on the back and rewarding the system that is now in place. You would not be exercising the rights you have or putting those hard won rights to good use. These rights are basic rights, and are as fundamental as the United States Constitution, the Bill of Rights and the Declaration of Independence.
