Why do I keep getting the message "Your session has expired" every time I try to log in?
In order to properly identify each of our users, parkingticket.com relies on the use of cookies. For this reason, all users must set their browser to accept cookies (see How do I turn on Javascript and Cookies in my browser?).

If your browser is already set to accept cookies, but you are getting the message "Your session has expired" every time you try to log in, then there may be a problem with cookie settings on your computer.

Resolving Cookie Problems

Please try the troubleshooting steps below in order, as they are listed from easiest to hardest. After each step, try to log in with your password. If you cannot log in, proceed to the next step.

  1. You may not have cookies enabled. Go to How do I turn on Javascript and Cookies in my browser? and follow the instructions for enabling cookies in your browser.
  2. The date on your computer may be incorrect. Verify that both the TIME and DATE on your computer are correct. You can change the date/time by double-clicking on the time in the bottom right hand corner of your screen. Make sure that ALL of the following are correct:
    • The time
    • The date
    • The Time Zone
  3. Your cookies may be corrupted. To delete your cookies in Internet Explorer go to the Tools menu, then go to Internet Options, then click the Delete Cookies button. Restart your computer.
  4. You may have a program on your computer that monitors/blocks cookies from being sent. These include virus protection software, firewalls, etc. To correct this, simply disable the monitoring application before logging in.
  5. If you are still unable to log in, your browser may be disallowing cookies from parkingticket.com for some reason. Internet Explorer 6 allows you to tell your browser to always allow cookies from a certain website. To do this, go to the "Tools" menu at the top of your browser and click on "Internet Options". In the box that pops up, click on the "Privacy" tab. In the "Web Sites" section, click on the "Edit" button. In the box that pops up, enter http://www.parkingticket.com into the box marked "Address of Web Site". Click on the "Allow" button. Click "OK" and then "OK" again to exit. Try to log in again.
