The reason is simple. The city has very strict procedures that we must follow. As such, we must collect your signature to be authorized to help you. For us to provide the Ship4Me™ service, for example, we must be authorized as your "shipping agent," which simply means that we will be allowed to prepare and ship your Dismissal Request Letter on your behalf.
